i'm gonna talk 'bout hair washing, since it's apparently causing a huge debate :')

K so hair washing is really confusing; i mean, growing up, i ws being taught that we should wash it daily, Now everybody sayin we should probably be doin it a couple times a week—& tbh i'm still pretty confused about how we should wash our hair correctly when it comes to the actual process of cleansing.

we all want our hair healthy & shiny—but if you’re making some common mistakes, you could be damaging your beautiful hair without even realizing it! so i did some research nd hopefully it's gonna work..

so to begin with, here's a few steps that hopefully will help you get the perfect hair.

Massage 2 tablespoons lemon juice into your scalp and rinse with water. Then stir 1 teaspoon lemon juice into 1 cup water and rinse your hair with it. Repeat this daily until your dandruff disappears.

Make sure to get a shampoo and conditioner that matches along with your hair type. instead of always blow drying it let your hair air dry as much as possible, heat on hair is not healthy. do no brush like a crazy person, use a comb gently. sometimes with oily hair its better to not wash it everyday, but 3-4 times a week instead. if you would like a hair mask look up some homemade healthy hair masks, those will help too!
