    Here's a little guide to help you guys know how often should we change bed sheets, toothbrushes,..

    • Bed Sheets:
    1. Once a Week: Ideal.
    2. Once Every Two Weeks: Totally Acceptable.
    3. Once a Month: That's Fine. Not Good. Just Fine.
    4. Once Every Six Weeks: Dicey.
    5. More Than Two Months: [CLUTCHES PEARLS]
    • Towels:

    Bath towels that are being used once a day to dry off after a shower can be used up to three times before needing to be washed. Hand towels, however, should be changed every one to two days since they are getting used more frequently and might even be drying hands that aren't completely clean.

    • Pillow Cases:

    Dermatologists recommend changing your pillowcase and bedding at least once a week, they suggest you do it even more if you have acne, oily-prone skin. Some even suggest using a fresh pillowcase everyday, particularly for bad acne.

    • Toothbrushes:

    Many dental professionals recommend changingyour toothbrush about every three months, and the American Dental Association (ADA) recommends that you replace your toothbrush approximately every three to four months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed.

    • Bath Sponge:

    Dermatologists recommend that you throw out a loofah after three to four weeks, since it easily grows bacteria in its crevices, and by that time will have lost some of its exfoliating properties. You should toss a mesh bath pouf, which is more resistant to bacteria, after eight weeks.
