  • Theres not really a specific way to get taller, since a lot of it has to do with genetics but these are a few ways that might help. first, eat a balanced diet. a person will look a lot shorter if their not as fit. not only will this make you appear taller but healthier as well. also make sure to get a good nights sleep every night. sleeping is when your body grows, so if your not getting a lot of sleep you wont be growing as much as you should. try to get 9-11 hours of sleep each night if your under 20. you can also wear dark colored clothes. wearing dark clothes makes you look slimmer and looking slimmer makes you look taller. vertical stripes work as well

  • One way to get rid of thigh fat is by doing thigh-targeted exercises. Try doing squats with an exercises ball. Place the ball against the wall with your lower back firmly pressed against the ball. Also do lunges. Another way to get rid of thigh fat is to drink water. Water flushes out harmful toxins and it is good for your body. Avoid sodas, energy drinks, juices, etc. another thing you can do is consider a low calorie diet. If you burn more calories than you take in, you'll lose weight. Try to eat between 1200-1500 calories a day. Lastly try to stand more than you sit. Standing burns calories, sitting stores them. The easiest way to burn calories is to start standing more often. Try walking around while watching tv, or talking on the phone. It doesn't replace exercise, but it's an extra.
